1. What is the deposit requirement?

  • A rough 50% deposit upfront is required to secure your booking and is non-refundable. This deposit ensures that we can reserve your date and begin preparations for your event.

2. What is the minimum advanced notice required to secure your event?

  • 2 weeks before your event.

3. What are the pricing details?

$100 per person for 3 courses:

    • 1 Hor D’oeuvre

    • Appetizer

    • Salad

    • 1 Main Entree

    • 1 Side Dish

      $140 per person for 4 courses:

    • 1 Hor D’oeuvre

    • Appetizer

    • Salad

    • 2 Entrees

To ensure the freshest ingredients, we ask clients to cover the cost directly. Rest assured, we’ll provide detailed receipts for transparency.

4. What is the itinerary for events?

  • Dinner Service: 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM

  • Cleanup: 8:30 PM - 10:00 PM

  • Chef Departure: No later than 10:00 PM

5. What happens if the event runs late?

  • If the event extends past 10:00 PM, a charge of $100 for every additional hour (or part thereof) will be applied.

6. Does Chef Ryan need to eat during the event?

  • Yes, Chef Ryan will eat one portion of leftovers during the cleanup period.

7. Will there be assistance during the event?

  • Yes, an assistant will be present to help with cleanup if Chef Ryan deems necessary.

8. How are the menu options selected?

  • Menu options will be presented to you in advance. You will have the opportunity to select from these options to create your personalized menu.

9. Can dietary restrictions and preferences be accommodated?

  • Yes, we can accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences. Please inform us in advance of any dietary requirements or food allergies to ensure a safe and enjoyable dining experience.

10. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my event?

  • Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance of event. If cancellation is made within 48 hours of event client is subject to a fee of 25%. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to another date depending on availability.
