With over 15 years working professionally in major cities like NYC, D.C., and Annapolis, Ryan has dedicated his entire life to creating delicious experiences with food. His career has brought him to cooking for flag officers in the Armed Forces during his time served in the military. It is time for you to enjoy his life’s work and passion.

  • The client and Chef Ryan agree on a suitable date, description of event, budget range, amount of guests, etc.

  • Based off of your preferences Chef Ryan will create an unforgettable menu for you.

  • You review your customized menu. Any necessary changes or additions are made. We finalize the menu the week of your dinner/event, if not sooner.

  • Chef Ryan arrives 2-4 hours before your dinner with all of the food (and staff if necessary), and cooks an unforgettable dinner, A La Minute, right in your kitchen. It’s like going out to a high-end restaurant, but in the comfort of your own home.

  • Chef Ryan cleans your kitchen spotless and leaves no trace of an epic dinner.
